Our Founder

Search-Lite is an executive search service devised by Lucy Deane. She has over 20 years of specialist experience in finding, attracting and retaining top talent internationally for her clients.


After completing her LLB Hons and LPC in Law she decided to follow her research interests into the executive search world where she has enjoyed the impact her work has had on individuals, markets and world-changing innovation ever since.


Having watched the evolving landscape for top-level recruitment and taken on board the feedback of her clients, she launched Search-Lite to create an alternative to the traditional search model that is long-bemoaned as costly and lengthy.


Search-Lite offers the same executive search process but steps back after shortlist to allow you to run your own in-house interviewing and on-boarding.
